　　1、请先谈谈你自己的情况。回答这个问题：简单地自述后，很快地把答案转到自己的技能、经验和为得到目前这份工作所接受的培训上来，可回答自己最大的长处、特色，所具备的专业技术等。一定要了解自己应聘的岗位有哪些具体的要求，把自己的特长和岗位要求结合起来，不要象征婚启事一样，说了那么多数字，还是没有说清楚。不要简单的罗列自己的实习过程，要谈谈自己通过实习得到了什么，通过社会实践提高了自己哪方面的能力以及自己的一些感受。

　　2、你为什么会来本公司应聘？应聘者在面试前一般应多准备几个原因，但原因最好简短而切合实际。为了表明应聘的原因和工作意愿，回答的答案最好是能与应聘公司的产品和企业相关的，最好不要回答因为将来有发展空间，因为安定等答案，要表现出充分研究过企业的样子。

　　3、你对本公司了解多少？这是一个测试应聘者对公司的兴趣及进公司工作的意愿有多少的问题，只要回答出一部分公司简介内容及招聘人事的广告内容就行。这就要求应聘者在面试前要充分了解公司的基本情况，简介、历史、产品、企业文化等，可以通过网站、海报等方式进行了解。

　　4、你认为这个行业的现况怎么样？这个问题主要是了解求职者对产业现况的理解及展望。针对无经验者，是试探他对本工作的意愿与关心程度。由于是刚从学校毕业，对这方面的知识也仅停留在书本上，不必在人事经理面前装内行，也没有必要陈述什么独创的见解，你只要能传递正确和真实的意见就行了。这就要求应聘者一定要对投简历的单位以及所在的行业信息都要有所了解，要选择自己喜欢的行业，和自己所学的知识有联系的企业，不要盲目的乱投简历，到最后自己都不知道是哪家，曾经有个应聘者一个晚上通过网络投了120多家单位，结果三天没有消息，她大失所望，和我说再也不想找工作。

　　5、你的职业生涯是如何设计的？对这个问题，我们主要考察的是应聘者的稳定性问题，我们也不想招一个员工，不到三个月或者半年就跳槽，这样对企业的发展是很不利的。有的人会说，我现在没有工作，想找个临时工作先做，以后再说；有的会说，我刚出来，没有经验，等我一年下来，我可以找到更好的单位；还有的会说。这样的说法都是不可取的，我们不喜欢频频跳槽的员工，不喜欢不安分工作的员工。你要表明来公司的目的是为了学技术、积累经验、以便将来更好的为企业的发展作贡献

　　6、你为什么要找这样一个职位？如果问到这个问题，这是对方想要了解，你是否属于那种无论在什么公司，只要有活干就行的人。果真如此，他就不会对你感兴趣。用人单位想找的是能解决工作中问题的人，这样的人工作起来更努力，更有效率。所以，你可以这样回答：“我花了很多时间来设计自己的职业生涯，我认为这方面的工作适合我，原因是这项工作要求的许多问题都是我所爱好的，也是我的所长。”

　　7、你能否接受加班？这是在考察你的“工作热忱”度而问的。作为年轻人，应该表现出对工作的极度重视和高度的工作热忱。当然无理的加班不一定就是好的，最好回答“如果是在自己责任范围内，也不能算是加班”之类的话。

　　8、你希望的待遇是什么？针对待遇问题，以清楚明确答复最佳。在回答这个问题之前你一定要弄清楚企业的一些基本情况，如：企业的性质，是民营、外企、国企，还是台资、韩资、欧美企业、非欧美等情况，大家知道不同性质的企业的工资标准是不一样的；企业所在的行业，是IT、电信、化工、房地产、商业等，不同的行业的薪资标准也是不一样的；企业的规模，大型、中型、小型，这个比较明显，不同类型的企业工资是不一样的；企业的福利待遇，这个问题一定要问清楚，除了工资以外的福利有哪些，象住宿、吃饭、保险、补贴等都要有明确的答复，在了解了上述问题后，你要知道所应聘的岗位市场平均工资标准是多少，这就要求大家对所应聘的岗位有充分的了解，这些都可以从相关的网站上找到现成的资料，然后再根据个人年龄、经验、能力等客观资料，提出合理的数字，但附带说明提高待遇的理由很必要的。这也是评价应聘者的能力及经验和展示自信的.好机会。有一点需要提醒，当你开出的薪酬条件超出了面试者的预算，但他们如果对你的能力感到满意，他们可能会问你：“你的薪酬要求我们暂时无法满足，如果先给你xx（公司所能提供的薪酬），你是否能接受？”如果你表示接受，那么恭喜你，你十有八九已经得到了这份工作。

　　9、你有哪些优点？这是为了了解求职者如何客观分析自己，并测试求职者的表达能力和组织能力的。应避免抽象的陈述，而以具体的体验增添吸引力。除了陈述自己的优点以外，还要注意说话的礼貌，这也会列入评分的项目内，最好加入“朋友们曾这样说。”等周围人对自己的看法。

　　10、你认为你自己有什么缺点？许多应聘者把自己的缺点说得模棱两可，希望人家会看作是你的优点。例如回答说：“我性子急。”希望主考人认为你干劲十足，这类话主考人早听腻了。你应该正视自己的缺点，以你的诚实和你的勇气，来赢得考官的认同和欣赏。

　　11、谈谈你的人际关系经验？这是想考察你的应对能力及决断能力。你可以围绕下面的问题从侧面来回答：“遇到与朋友冲突的时候，你是怎么处理的？”、“与别人意见相冲突的时候，你会用什么方式让别人接受你的意见？”。每一个公司需要的不是力争到底的坚持，而是需要更进一步地搜集资料，透过人际关系来积聚力量，找寻正确的工作决策和方法。

　　12、你什么时候可以来上班？大多数企业会关心就职时间，最好是回答：如果被录用的话，到职日可按公司规定上班。但如果还有一些私人的问题还没有处理完毕，按时上班会有些困难，应进一步说明原因，公司一般会通融的。

　　13、你还有什么问题吗？假如你笑笑说“没有”（心里想着终于结束了，长长地吐了口气），那才是犯了一个大错误。这往往被理解为你对该公司、对这份工作没有太深厚的兴趣。回答这个问题时，你可以以一些侧面的问题来试探一下考官，推断一下自己入围有几成希望在去之前把这些都搞清楚了准备好自己该怎么应答应该没问题了一些公司都是这么问的但是领场发挥是必要的
